Refund Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

Payments are non-refundable. Scriptorial Pro is a digital subscription with immediate access, so we don't offer refunds for monthly or yearly payments, including partly used billing periods, unused AI credits, or renewals you forgot to cancel.

Cancel anytime instead

You can cancel whenever you like in Settings, Subscription, Manage or cancel subscription. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan and your writing stays in your account.

If you're on the yearly plan and only want to try Pro, consider starting with the monthly plan.

When we will make it right

We'll fix the problem, or refund you if we can't, in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period. We'll refund the duplicate charge.
• You paid but Pro was never turned on. If your account isn't upgraded after payment and we can't fix it within 7 days of you contacting us, we'll refund that payment.
• Where the law requires it. If the consumer laws where you live give you a right to a refund, we'll honor it.

To report one of these, email hello@nspstudio.net within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address on your Scriptorial account and your Stripe receipt.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. If you file a chargeback, your Pro access may be paused while the dispute is open. See our Terms of Service for more.
